Recognizing the crucial role of a holistic approach to health, he dedicated himself to comprehensive training, merging research, firsthand experience, and client interactions to formulate an all-encompassing strategy.
With expertise in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, Dylan stands ready to lead you on a transformative journey, fostering a deep connection with your body and love for yourself.

Chuck's journey has been fuelled by a passion for overcoming challenges and helping others reach their true potential.
I’m a certified trainer through NASM with specializations in corrective exercise, behavioural change, sports performance, physique & bodybuilding, and nutrition. Later, I completed all CleanHealth Fitness Institute certifications, becoming a CleanHealth Master Coach, and I am currently working to become a registered nutritionist.
My mission is to guide clients in becoming pain-free while achieving their desired body transformations, whether it's losing fat, gaining lean muscle, or both.
Having worked many years as a Locomotive Engineer for both CP and CN rail, being on the road for up to 100 hours a week round the clock, I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by hardworking professionals when it comes to staying fit and active. I’ve honed a unique approach to balancing health and wellness alongside the demands of family, friends, and life’s many obligations.
My career change was inspired by a lifelong passion for fitness and a personal journey to conquer social anxiety.
