The saying goes, "If you don't make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness." The truth is we all have the time. Suppose you were to look at your day and consider things like watching TV or aimlessly scrolling on social media. In that case, we'd find those couple hours a week required to keep us on track to feeling and looking our best.
As is usually the case, results vary from person to person and largely depend on the individual. At BodyUnion, we are all about creating lasting results. We don't believe that going to extremes to achieve fast results will be beneficial in the long run but may actually set you up for failure after your time in our coaching program has expired. Instead, we follow time-proven methods shown to create lasting results through incremental adjustments as they are required.
In moderation can be fine, but why would you want to? Undertaking a goal such as a body transformation is a demanding task requiring extreme discipline and dedication. Alcohol tends to lessen one's inhibition and can lead to slippery slopes like comfort foods and snacks that will be nothing more than a short-term sense of pleasure. We strongly recommend that during your time in our program, you do your best not to stray from the plan. Trust me; you won't regret it!
